As keen cyclists ourselves we know what makes a great place to stay when you are somewhere between hot and dusty and cold and wet. We have cycle toured for many years and have authored several cycling guides aimed at leisure and family cyclists, including On Your Bike in Cambridgeshire, On Your Bike in Leicestershire and Rutland and On Your Bike in The Chilterns. We organise cycle rides and events locally, and are Sustrans Volunteer Rangers on our local section of National Cycle Network Route 1. We are more than happy to offer route and general cycling advice should you need it, and equally happy to leave you in peace should you prefer.
Sorry but beacuse of it's open plan nature the Garden House B&B is unsuitable for pets and small children. Payment by cheque or cash only as we don't have the facilities to process credit and debit cards.
The Garden House is at the 'staying with friends' end of the B&B scale, something much appreciated by our guests as evidenced by the comments in our guest book. However, if you are looking for something at the 'small hotel' end of the scale, wanting to stay for more than a few days or simply looking for the cheapest accommodation around, then we are probably not for you.
